Photo Consent Form

I hereby agree to my child’s photograph being taken by Kore Development for marketing and advertising purposes.

I understand that:

a) Photographs are displayed within Kore Development Charity to celebrate the achievements.
b) Photographs of individual and groups of children are kept and owned by Kore Development Charity.
c) Photographs are sometimes taken by the press/social media to celebrate the achievements of the children within the community.
d) Photographs are kept as part of the Kore Development Charity as a record of important events and to aid future planning.
e) You may withdraw your consent at any time.
